Thank you for your interest in attending a Casting for Recovery retreat.
Retreats are open to women:
who have or have had breast cancer who have received their treatment in Canberra who have sufficiently recovered to receive a medical clearance to participate
If selected you will be sent an application form and medical release form to be completed and returned to Casting for Recovery as soon as possible. Your doctor must sign the medical release form.
If you need to print a registration form rather than completing the one below CLICK HERE. You can then either post or email it back to us.
